For breweries

Quiet Weekdays, fixed.

Brew Pass members walk around with prepaid pours and pick the breweries that honour them. Be the brewery they are homed to — the one the app points them back to.

Tuesday, 7:40 pm

  • Pour redeemed at the counter — table of three orders food.

  • New member signed up on your standee — homed to your brewery.

  • A circle of five picks your brewery for a plan tonight.

The problem

Slow Hours are expensive.

The room is staffed, the tanks are full, and the usual fixes give away margin to people who never come back.

Weekday taps sit quiet

The beer is brewed, the staff are rostered, and Tuesday still pours a fraction of Saturday.

Discount platforms burn margin

Flat-percent deals buy you one visit from a deal hunter who follows the discount, not the brewery.

No one is loyal to a coupon

You never learn who came, whether they returned, or what would bring them back on a slow night.

How it fills taps

Members with a reason to walk in.

The pass gives people pours to use and a home brewery to use them at. Four things do the work.

Homed members

Every member who signs up on your standee is homed to your brewery. You are their default brewery — the app pins you first and points them back to you.

Prepaid pours walk in

Pours on the pass are already paid for. Members come in to redeem — then order food, another round, and bring whoever they came with.

Rev share on home members

You earn a 10% share of every home member’s subscription, month after month, for as long as they stay a member.

Offers you control

Set the minimum bill, the days, the tiers — from the partner CMS. Pause or change anything, anytime. Nothing runs without your say.

Scan for your first pour on us

Signing up here makes this your home brewery

The standee

One card on the counter. That is the whole setup.

Your QR code, your brewery, printed on something that earns its place at the till.

  1. We print it

A counter standee with a QR code unique to your brewery. Printed and delivered — no cost to you.

  2. Place it at your Brewery

Next to the taps, at the till, on the table. Anywhere a first pour on us gets noticed.

  3. Members sign up via the standee are homed to you

Every scan starts a membership with your brewery as home. Your regulars, on the record.

Say yes today, and the standee is on your counter this week.

The Socials effect

The social layer sends groups, not singles.

Members see which breweries their people are at tonight, and circles turn one yes into a table.

  • Who's out tonight — a live signal that puts your brewery in front of members while the night is still being decided.

  • Circle plans — a member picks your brewery, drops a time, and their crew replies in one tap. Groups land on the nights you need them.

  • One pass, many tabs — the member redeems a pour; everyone they brought runs a full bill.

Plan tonight

Your brewery · 8 pm

Six in for Tuesday. One prepaid pour, five full tabs.

What it costs

The honest version.

No hidden mechanics. Here is exactly what you put in and where the money moves.

  • No upfront cost and no hardware — the standee is printed and delivered free.

  • No commission on your bills. What a table spends is yours.

  • You pour the beer you already brew; redemptions are keyed in at the counter in seconds.

  • The money flows both ways — a flat platform fee on our side, a monthly rev share on every home member’s subscription on yours.

Questions

The three things every owner asks.

What does this ask of my staff?

Almost nothing. A member shows a six-digit code, the brewery team keys it into the counter screen, the pour is logged. It takes seconds and needs no new hardware or training beyond a five-minute walkthrough.

Who pays for the beer?

The first pour that signs a member up is funded by Brewszilla. After that, members redeem pours they have already paid for through the pass, and offer unlocks are gated on a minimum bill you set — so a pour costs you pour cost while the visit brings a full tab.

Is this exclusive?

No. You can run Brew Pass alongside anything else you do, and you can pause your offers or step away at any time.
