Where can I use my Pour Pack?
At the outlet or brewery group you chose when you built the pack — a single-outlet pack works at that outlet, a group pack works across all of the group’s included outlets. The live list of participating outlets and groups is in the app.
Where can I purchase a Pour Pack?
In the Brewszilla app. Pick where you want to redeem, choose your pour size and quantity, see the price and value upfront, and pay — the pack lands on your account in seconds.
Can I choose my pour size?
Yes — packs come in 330 ml or 500 ml pours. You pick the size when you build the pack, and every pour in that pack is that size.
How long is a Pour Pack valid?
You choose the validity period when you build the pack, and the price reflects it. Unused pours carry across visits within that period.
How is a pour redeemed?
Tap Redeem on your active pack, show the secure QR, and the waiter scans it. You can confirm up to 2 beers in one go, and a maximum of 2 during a dining service. Confirmed pours are deducted from the pack.
Do I need Brew Pass to purchase a Pour Pack?
No. Pour Packs and Brew Pass are separate products — either can be purchased on its own, and they work well together if you have both.
